ATTORNEY TOM RENZ CALLS ON GOVERNOR DESANTIS TO SUPPORT INFORMED CONSENT BILL IN FLORIDA, “BE THE LEADER WE THINK YOU ARE.”

NV – Governor Ron DeSantis blasted President Biden and President Donald Trump’s support of vaccine mandates over the weekend. Stating publicly that he will defend informed consent, “We can never allow ‘Warp Speed’ to trump informed consent in this country ever again.” He also noted that:

“The way they weaponized these COVID vaxes was a massive incursion into our freedoms… They wanted to deny people the right to put food on their table if they didn’t bend the knee and get a COVID shot that they may not have wanted and that many of them did not need.”

Attorney Tom Renz, an outspoken supporter, and activist of informed consent legislation, has been working with representatives in several states on informed consent bills to ensure medical interventions and gene therapies that could impact humans are not put in the food supply without informed consent. His most well-known work on this has been in Missouri, with House Bill 1169. He responded to DeSantis’s remarks in a video posted to his Twitter page on Tuesday:

“I agree with Governor DeSantis that the tyrannical COVID actions taken to lock down our nation prevented people from working and putting food on their tables. So now, Governor DeSantis, I want to urge you to pass legislation in Florida that will ensure the food that IS on peoples’ tables is not full of transmissible mRNA (or modRNA) or other gene therapies/medical interventions unless people are given the informed consent you called for in your recent speech.

Sequivity is an mRNA platform already licensed in swine in the USA, Medicago has been working on growing plants that can vaccinate people against COVID, and many more projects like this are being developed and implemented around the world.

Missouri House Bill 1169 would have ensured that the food we do put on our table does not act as a medical intervention, gene therapy, or vaccine without ensuring people give the informed consent you mentioned, and also define informed consent to include ALL risks and benefits.

That’s all it does, it’s a two-page bill, and we’ve got several versions if you prefer to modify the language. Please introduce this in Florida as an emergency measure. If you are going to speak out on this, please take action. We need your help, we need you to fight for this, be the leader we think you are.”
